Orders are delivered via select couriers and/or Australia Post. 

Please allow 3 to 5 working days for parcel to get shipped out from our store in Sydney.

Click and Collect (Sydney store only):
Free pick up in store. Once your order is ready for pick up, you will receive an email from our store. Please bring the following when picking up your order:

• a copy of your order confirmation
• a photo ID

If you plan on getting a third party to pick up the order, please email us their details. Additionally, we will require them to show a copy of their photo ID.

OUR POLICY:

We want you to be happy with your purchase. In the event that you need to return an item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the parcel before sending back the product/s. We do not refund however we are happy to exchange goods for something more suitable or a store credit will be issue, valid for 3 months. 

Parcels will only be accepted if:
Products are returned in original packaging, unopened and in the same condition as it was posted. Items must be without any signs of wear. The tags on the items must be attached.

Items will be replaced if damaged during postage. Replacement item will be posted upon OH La La by Suzi receiving damaged goods returned and after passing inspection by the Quality Control Department for signs of tampering and/or wear. In this case, the cost of return postage will be credited to the customer.

OH La La by Suzi stocks limited available items and also 'one-of-a-kind' pieces. If items are unavailable for any reason, the exact item could be out of stock and therefore not available. In this situation, a store credit will be offered to the customer and in some circumstances (at OH La La by Suzi discretion) a refund will be given.

Refunds must be requested by email within 24 hours of receiving goods. Don't send goods back until confirmed by OH La La by Suzi) first.

SALE ITEMS
No refund, return or exchange on any sale items. This is unless items are damaged during postage. (please see point 2 of refund, return & exchange Policies). When seeking to return or exchange any goods the customer must pay for the return postage. This includes goods purchased with a free postage promotion.

EARRINGS & BODY JEWELLERY
OH La La by Suzi does not accept refunds, return or exchanges on earrings & body jewellery due to health reasons and regulations. This is unless items are damaged during postage. (please see point 2 of refund & return Policies)

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

• Goods with obvious signs of use
• Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
• Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery
  
  

Return shipping
The customer is responsible for the transit of the parcel back to our office. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
